FindARTs has partnered with the Chi Po-lin Foundation to present a handpicked selection of master aerial photographer Director Chi Po-lin's best works including alpine grasslands and lakes in the Central Mountain Range, his beloved Tamsui River Estuary, and the coastal city of Kaohsiung. You can now experience the beauty of Taiwan as seen by Director Chi when he clicked the shutter button from up in the clouds.
能高安東軍又稱中央山脈北三段，是一條高山縱走路線，全程漫步在海拔3,000公尺以上的開闊草原地形，途中行經多座高山湖泊，白石池是其中最秀麗的一座，它總是碧波盪漾的，像一顆晶亮的淚珠。
NengaoAndongjun is also known as the third northern section of the Central Mountain Range. The alpine route traverses open grasslands 3,000 meters above the sea level passing by many alpine lakes on the way. The most beautiful of these lakes is Baishihchih, a sparkling tear drop caressed by the mountain winds.
1999年落成時，高雄85大樓是台北101大樓竣工前全台灣最高大樓，現為台灣第二高樓。內有商辦、百貨公司、俱樂部等，74樓則為觀景層，可俯瞰高雄港、台灣海峽、壽山及高雄市景，能見度高時甚至可遠眺北大武山與小琉球。
Kaohsiung 85 Building was the tallest building in Taiwan when it was completed in 1999. The construction of Taipei 101 meant that it is now the second tallest building. Building tenants include commercial offices, department stores, and clubs, with an observation deck on the 74th floor that offers sweeping views of Kaohsiung Port, Taiwan Strait, Shoushan, and downtown Kaohsiung. On clear days, it is possible to see Mt. Beidawu and Siaoliuciou.
上巴陵位於桃園復興鄉，鄰近拉拉山自然保護區，旁有石門水庫之源頭「大漢溪」，此地人煙稀少，保留完整泰雅族文化以及自然資源。由北橫公路一路爬升至上巴陵的途中，常可見到珍稀的台灣特有種藍腹鷳。
Shangbaling is located in Fusing Township, Taoyuan County, close to the Lalashan Forest Reserve. Dahan Rive, the source of Shimen Reservoir, flows past the area. Due to the sparse population, the local Atayal culture and natural resources have been preserved in their entirety. The Mikado Pheasant, a rare bird endemic to Taiwan, can often be sighted while climbing up to Shangbaling along the Northern Cross-Island Highway.
齊柏林導演常在拍攝結束時取道淡水河口返航，只為能多次紀錄所愛的落日長河。淡水河是全台第三長河，發祥自雪霸國家公園內的品田山，流過台北盆地，最後在新北市奔流大海，為北台灣最重要的河川。
Director Chi Po-lin often returned home via the Tamsui River mouth when he finished filming and to capture the sunset over the river. The Tamsui River is the third longest river in Taiwan. It originates on Mt. Pingtian in the Shei-Pa National Park and meanders through the Taipei Basin before finally entering the sea in New Taipei City. This is the most important waterway in northern Taiwan.
打鳥埤人工濕地前身是垃圾掩埋場，1992年地方政府改建為河濱公園。2003年起，建置除污型人工濕地，將都市污水引入濕地自然淨化系統。自此，這濕地兼具淨化水質、治洪調節功能，也成功打造河岸的生態多樣性。
Daniaopi Constructed Wetland was used for landfill until the waste was removed by local government and turned into a riverside park in 1992. In 2003, the government built it to act as a natural filtration system for urban sewage. The wetland is now used for purification and flood mitigation. A diverse ecosystem has also developed along the river banks.
羅納村位於南投信義鄉，可從村中遠眺玉山。這裡也是玉山星空音樂會的舉辦地，村中羅娜國小馬彼得校長-玉山原聲音樂學校創始人，與齊柏林導演相知相惜，《看見台灣》中，帶領孩子登玉山主峰演出拍手歌。
Luona Village is located in Nantou County. The distant peaks of Mt. Jade can be seen from the village. The Jade Mountain Starlight Concert is held here. Bukut Tasvaluan is the principal of Luona Elementary School and the founder of Vox Nativa Music School. He and Director Chi Po-lin were kindred spirits and led choir in performing "Let's Clap Together" on the main peak of Mt. Jade in Beyond Beauty - Taiwan from Above.
